Presentation & Poster Guidelines

Sessions will have time allocated for invited and contributed talks, and a 15-minute allocation for all speakers in that session to field questions from attendees.

Contributed:

Time allotted: 12 minute oral presentation.

Invited:

Time allotted: 20 minute oral presentation.

Poster:

Before the Workshop: You will be sent a link to upload/record a five-minute oral presentation that highlights your poster.  These highlight recordings are to be loaded on the meeting host site by March 30, 2021.  Prepare a powerpoint poster that has dimensions of 40 in wide by 30 in tall (15.8 cm wide by 11.8 cm tall).

During the Workshop: You will be assigned a breakout room and attendees will come into your room to view your poster and ask questions.
